CCP Letters Requesting Payment

If you are a CCP student who recently received a letter in the mail requesting payment for a course and you have funding hours that have not been utilized, then the college/university is most  likely not in receipt of your updated funding letter.  You should log into your SAFE account with the Ohio Department of Education, download your funding letter, and email a copy to the CCP Department of the college your student is attending.
